If you select local pick-ups, your purchase will be available in 24-48 business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for curbside pick-up!
We aim to ship packages within 2 business days. Standard shipping times are 7-10 days unless otherwise specified. An email will be sent with tracking information when your order is shipped.
If your item becomes unavailable, an associate will reach out to notify you and offer a replacement of another item of equal value, or a refund if an acceptable replacement is not available. Some of our items are one of a kind; if you have a specific characteristic you would like to request please include a note with your order and we will try our best to accommodate it. However, these requests may not always be able to be accommodated due to the unique nature of some of our items.
