Can I purchase furniture online?
Furniture is only available for in-store pick up at this time. You can purchase furniture online, but you must pick it up at the store. Call us to schedule a pick up time at 585-248-9070, ext. 1.
How will I know when my order is ready for in-store pick-up?
If you select local pick-ups, your purchase will be available in 24-48 business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for curbside pick-up!
I ordered online and selected to have my order shipped. When can I expect to receive it?
We aim to ship packages within 2 business days. Standard shipping times are 7-10 days unless otherwise specified. An email will be sent with tracking information when your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept retail merchandise returns with receipt and all tags and packaging intact. Refunds are available within 7 days; exchanges for merchandise or store credit within 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of food or beverage items. All items purchased on sale or markdown are final sale. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are mailing back an online return with your full name and phone number, and the items you are sending back. We will only accept returns for qualifying items in original packaging, and shipped back with care. We gladly accept in-store returns from your online order. Please include a note with your return with your name, phone number, and reason for the return if you are shipping back to us.

What are your store hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm, and we are closed on Sundays.
Can you create a gift basket?
Yes! We love to curate gift baskets for your special event or fundraiser. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
Can I order something online and have it sent as a gift?
Currently we are not offering gift wrap, but we can hide prices and include a note with your purchase upon request.
